TRAI to introduce app for users to rate call quality

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) will introduce a new app called ‘MyCall’ by the end of May 2017.

The idea is to get feedback from users to improve the service quality of the phone calls.

It means after the user completes his call, he will get a choice to rate it, and the data will be checked by the officials.

Users can give the rating between one star to five stars. There will also be questions like if the call was taken at home or outside or while travelling.
