How to manage the stress of living in city

City life is full of excitement, chances and adventure but at times it can also be quite stressful.

Traffic jams, travelling, queues and noise can create an effect on daily lives.

Here are some tips to cope with the stress of living in a city.

When you are feel stressed or anxious, change your breathing. Place one hand on your chest and breathe in slowly through your nose for few seconds. Hold this breath for some time and then breath out slowly.

Continue taking deep breaths and keep increasing your awareness. Keep doing this till you find that the inner noise in your head starts to reduce and then slowly goes off.
