Businessman with disability to give jobs to PwD in Jharkhand

Aftab Alam, a clothes-maker from Ranchi plans to give jobs to people with disabilities from across Jharkhand for working at his new clothing factory at Lohardaga district in the state.

Alam suffered from disability at the age of four due to polio. But Alam overcame the struggles with his disability and now at the age of 40, he wants to help others like him live confidently.

Alam plans to give jobs to 145 people with disabilities from Ranchi, Chatra, Simdega, Kolebira, Gumla and Pakur and train them for some months in stitching and making clothes before the factory starts working by the end of the year.
