Study warns of negative effects of late night eating
A new study says that eating dinner or the last meal of the day must be before 7 PM as it helps to keep you away from many health problems.
The study showed that eating earlier may help prevent overeating in the evening and at night.
The research was done on nine healthy weight adults who had three meals and two snacks between 8 AM and 7 PM for eight weeks and another three meals and two snacks eating from noon to 11 PM for eight weeks.
It found that eating later can increase weight, cholesterol levels, glucose and insulin. Late night eating can also cause diabetes, heart related problems and other health conditions.
