Consuming Tulsi (holy basil) twice a day can also treat vata type of depression, which is related with fear, anxiety, nervousness and insomnia.
Drinking Brahmi tea two to three times a day can help in treating Pitta-type of depression, which is generally linked with anger and fear of losing control.
