Have a regular schedule for meals, therapy, school and bedtime. If there are any changes in the schedule, prepare your child for it in advance by explaining them about the upcoming change.
If your child is doing anything good like learning a new skill, doing things properly, then praise them and give them a gift or allow them to play with a favorite toy.
Create a safe home to make your child feel relaxed and secure. Have visual cues to help your child understand the areas where they can play safely.
Have playtime and find ways to smile, laugh and feel relaxed. Understanding what motivates them and makes them feel relaxed can help you and your child to have happy memories and help in your child’s development.
