Actor Dilip Kumar's health shows improvement
Senior actor Dilip Kumar, who was admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital for dehydration and urinary tract infection, is recovering well.
The 94-year-old actor's health is now stable and he is under observation in the ICU where he will be kept for the next two-three days. He is not on dialysis or on ventilator.
The legendary actor has been admitted to the hospital several times in the last few years. In 2016, Dilip Kumar was hospitalized twice. Dilip Kumar was born in Pakistan. His family moved to India when he was very young.
Dilip Kumar made his acting debut in 1944 with Jwar Bhata. He is best known for his performance in films like Madhumati, Andaz, Devdas, Mughal-e-Azam, Ram Aur Shyam and Naya Daur. He received the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement award in 1993.
