Eating avocado every day improves memory in elderly

A recent study in the US says that eating a fresh avocado every day may help improve memory and problem-solving skills in senior citizens and elderly.

The research showed that senior citizens aged 50 years and above who ate one fresh avocado daily for six months experienced a 25% improvement in their eye and brain health.

It suggests adding fresh avocados in the daily balanced diet because avocados have the required vitamins and minerals to help improve focus and attention and treat many serious illnesses.

Avocado is also useful for keeping cholesterol levels healthy and reduce risk of heart-related diseases.
