Chennai girl whistles for 30 hours, creates new record

Pooja Chandramohan from Chennai has created a new Guinness world record by whistling continuously for 30 hours, one minute and 10 seconds.

Pooja Chandramohan is a trained whistler and classical music singer. She whistled popular songs from four languages– Hindi, Tamil, English, and Korean for creating the record.

The record attempt started on 9 September from 9 am at Shreyans bhavan, Wallajah Road and was completed on 10 September at 3 pm.

The attempt made by her was recorded and sent to the Guinness committee for verification.

The previous world record is of 25 hours 30 minutes and five seconds held by Jennifer Anavi Davies from Canada.
