Online shoppers are weak, lack physical strength, says study
Due to the digital age, shopping can be done easily from the online stores. However, this convenience is damaging for our body muscles, says a study.
A new study has found that people are missing out on a lot of muscle-strengthening exercises by staying at home and ordering everything online.
The research done on more than 2,000 people showed that 24% of the participants aged 65 years and above accept that they lack physical activities, which puts them at an increasing risk of falls and health problems.
It suggests being active in doing simple everyday activities like carrying home weekly grocery, digging in the garden or simple body-weight exercises like standing up out of a chair 10 times for better health.
