Paralysis patients & options for making them better

Paralysis is a medical condition when a person loses the muscle use in a particular part of the body. In such case the body part cannot be moved properly.

The patient may also lose the sensation of touch or pain in that particular body part.

Stroke patients often suffer from paralysis as the brain gets affected and is not able to send and receive signals to a particular body part.

There is no cure for paralysis available at present. However, medication, therapy, surgery and exercise can help improve the condition of the patient.

Physiotherapy should be started as soon as the problem starts. It helps to improve blood circulation and relax muscles making them healthier overtime.

A healthy diet is also recommended for the patient to help them regain their physical strength back.
