What is Migraine?
Migraine is a severe headache which also increases the sensitivity of light, noise or any kind of smell.
The pain caused by migraine can be there for many hours and sometimes even days.
High temperatures, bad diet habits, abnormal activities in brain, certain medicines are some of the causes of migraine.
Migraine symptoms include not comfortable with bright lights and loud sounds, stiffness in neck, extreme hunger, confusion, feeling low and sad.
Drinking enough water, getting good sleep, healthy eating habits and avoiding staying hungry are some of the simple ways to reduce migraine.
