Inclusive art festival for disabled artistes in New Delhi

Sambhav, an inclusive art festival has been started in New Delhi for disabled artistes and experts.

The art program will feature disabled participants from 16 countries. Delhi based NGO ALPANA has organized the festival.

The three-day festival was inaugurated by Riva Ganguly Das, Director General- Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) at Azad Bhavan, New Delhi.

29 groups of disabled artists will showcase their talents in the festival.

Artists from countries such as Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Indonesia, Iran,Thailand, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and India are taking part in Sambhav.

The festival will feature activities like dance performances, art exhibitions, yoga workshop, and sessions by experts and disability rights activists.
