Diabetes is a very common disease nowadays and affects millions of people across the world. Here are some facts related to Diabetes.

  1. Diabetics should eat fresh fruits for more fiber and nutrition. Drinking fruit juice should be done within limit to avoid the intake of more sugar.
  2. Eating a lot of potatoes is not advisable. However, a little amount of potatoes can be eaten at times.
  3. Eating sugar is not the only factor that causes sugar. However, sugar consumption should be kept minimum for healthy body.
  4. Do not give on sweets completely but take a balanced diet and follow the advice of doctors.
