Diabetes is a very common disease nowadays and affects millions of people across the world. Here are some facts related to Diabetes.
- Diabetics should eat fresh fruits for more fiber and nutrition. Drinking fruit juice should be done within limit to avoid the intake of more sugar.
- Eating a lot of potatoes is not advisable. However, a little amount of potatoes can be eaten at times.
- Eating sugar is not the only factor that causes sugar. However, sugar consumption should be kept minimum for healthy body.
- Do not give on sweets completely but take a balanced diet and follow the advice of doctors.
