Top wheelchair tennis player to organise workshop in Mumbai
31 years old Shiva Prasad from Bengaluru is a sportsperson who didn't let disability stop him from achieving his dreams.
Four years ago, he started playing wheelchair tennis and today he ranks among the top three players in the country.
He has participated in many national and international tournaments.
Prasad will organise a workshop on wheelchair tennis called 'The First Serve' in Mumbai on 25 and 26 November.
The idea is to provide training at the basic level and create awareness about the sport that promotes health and social inclusion.
At the workshop, participants will get to know how to use sport wheelchairs, tips on diet and fitness, game's rules and others.
