Skin & hair care in high pollution levels

Pollution is bad for the health of the body.

The face and hair are also affected by exposure to dirty and polluted air and this can lead to dry skin, sensitivity, allergic rashes, pimples, acne, dandruff and more.

Here are few ideas for protecting skin and hair from pollution.

Skin care - Skin should be thoroughly cleaned daily. Use a good quality cleansing gel for dry skin, cleansing lotion or face wash for oily skin. Then tone the skin and moisturize. Cleansing face packs are also advisable.

Hair care - Mix one teaspoon, each of vinegar and honey with one egg and apply on scalp. Leave for 20 minutes and wash off. Hot oil therapy is also a good way to maintain circulation in scalp and keeping it healthy. Leave oil on overnight and wash hair the next day.
