Police arrest director of a disabled centre for rape of two girls

Madhya Pradesh police has arrested the director of a disabled centre in Khandwa.

The director is charged of raping two mentally disabled teenage sisters of the centre.

It is reported that the centre's director Poonamchand Malviya used to often sexually abuse the two mentally disabled girls.

Malviya called the two sisters to his room to watch television and raped them again recently.

A woman living near the centre informed the police about the incident.

The medical test has proved that the two mentally disabled girls were raped by the director.

A case under section 376 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and POCSO act has been registered against the director.
