Peanuts or mungfali is considered a healthy addition to diet by experts. The tasty nut can be used in different ways and used for extra texture and crunch.
Peanuts can be added to freshly cut salads. They add extra crunch to the boring salads and make them interesting! Peanuts are used in chikkis making them a yummy sweet snack. They taste particularly good in winter season. Dry peanut chutney is a delicacy of Maharashtra and goes well with idli, dosa, uttappam and even parathas.
