Virat Kohli is second Indian to score 50 international 100s
Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli has become the second Indian to score 50 international centuries.
The first Indian player to reach the target is former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar.
Virat Kohli registered his 18th Test 100 against Sri Lanka in the first Test on Monday at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
He has also reached the record of 11 Test centuries as an Indian captain that was held by Sunil Gavaskar.
The latest score is also 9th international ton in 2017 for Virat Kohli.
In the list of most number of international centuries, Kohli is now at the eight spot behind Brian Lara who has 53 centuries.
