Time spent on enjoying with self is good for mental health
A new study says that spending time alone can help people to be more creative.
Earlier, studies mostly have shown that people who are alone develop a negative attitude in life.
But this research says that finding a 'me' time or time for self care is useful and has many mental health benefits.
Being on our own and liking it is better than trying to be with people and still feeling lonely or scared, found the research.
For the study, the team involved around 300 people.
Creative thinking and activities were found more in people enjoying their 'me' time.
