Jammu and Kashmir government to spend 10 lakh for disabled students

The Jammu and Kashmir government has announced a grant of Rs 10 lakh for upgrading facilities for differently-abled students in the state.

The funding has been announced by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.

She was attending a function where she met the students and distributed various prizes among them.

The funding will be used to create better education facilities for the students with disabilities and provide developmental opportunities.

The secretary of J & K state sports council Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra was also present at the occasion.
