Scientists claim to find reason behind stuttering

One in 100 people suffer from speech disorders such as stuttering.

Scientists have now found that the cause of these impairments lies in the right frontal part of the brain.

The network of signal carrying cells in the brain becomes hyperactive and casues interruption in the flow of speech.

One per cent of adults and five per cent of children are unable totalk in a smooth flow like others.

What causes the people to stutter?

When a part of brain becomes hyperactive it affects the working of other brain parts.

This could affect various parts of the brain and result in affecting hand or speech movements.
