Chinese chefs make world's longest noodle of over 10,100 feet

Chefs from a Chinese food company have set a new record for longest noodle in the Guinness World.

Interestingly, the noodle is over 10,100 feet and has been made completely by hand.

The 66kg traditional ramen noodle required 40 kilogrammes of bread flour, 26.8 litres of water and 0.6 kilogrammes of salt.

Guinness World Records uploaded a video on YouTube, which showed how the Chinese chefs made the amazing achievement in over 17 hours.

The Chinese chefs from Henan province have broken the earlier record of 1,800 feet long noodle made by Japan in 2001.
