Vijay Rupani took oath as Gujarat CM for second consecutive term

61 year old Vijay Rupani was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Gujarat on Tuesday.

Vijay Rupani has become the CM of Gujarat for the second consecutive term.

Rupani won the recently held assembly elections from the Rajkot West constituency by a margin of 53,755 votes.

The oath taking ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP president Amit Shah and chief ministers of other BJP-ruled states.

Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel and nineteen other ministers also took oath after Vijay Rupani.

This is the sixth consecutive term of Bharatiya Janata Party led government in the state making the overall image of the party even more stronger in the country.
