Mentally disabled patients kept in store room of Karnataka hospital

The apathy of a Karnataka hospital has been revealed, after two mentally disabled patients were found locked away in the store room of a hospital.

The incident has been reported from KR Hospital in Mysuru.

As per reports the two mentally disabled patients were admitted to the hospital three years ago.

They were locked away in the store after the staff and fellow patients complained about them.

They were not being given proper care or food by the hospital staff.

The management at the KR Hospital denies any ill treatment given to the sick patients.

The hospital claims that the reports about the patients being kept in a store room are incorrect. They patients were kept outside the ward as cleaning was going on inside the room.
