35 students with special needs mistreated by Mumbai School
A school in Mumbai has been accused of mistreating 35 students with special needs.
As per reports, the students of a school for children with special needs attend their classes in the building of another school in Mumbai.
However, the Sister Nivedita International School decided to stop the assistance given to the special needs school.
As a result the students with special needs were made to sit near a corridor outside a toilet in the school.
The school is also not letting the children access the toilet and the therapy room and the children are suffering due to this treatment.
The Social Support Foundation that runs the special school has accused Sister Nivedita International School of not cooperating in the welfare of the special needs students.
The foundation members went to the police station to file a complaint against the school but got no help from the police either.
