Loss of hair after child birth

Many face hair fall after the child birth takes place. Here is some information to help deal with the loss of hair post- delivery.
Take a good diet which is rich in Vitamin C, D and in zinc to control hair fall. Some vitamin supplements can also be added to the diet such as Vitamin E and biotin.
Avoid washing hair too often as that can make the roots weak and cause breakage
As advised by experts do not tie hair tightly and also avoid harsh chemicals to maintain their health.
Massage the scalp to improve the blood flow in the hair roots.
Try and get rest on time although it may not be easy with a baby. Lack of sleep also affect the health of hair.
