American singer Neil Diamond diagnosed with Parkinson's disease

American singer & songwriter Neil Diamond has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and plans to retire from his music tours.

Neil Diamond is one of the all-time best selling pop music artists and is famous across the world. Diamond has sold more than 130 million music albums across the world till date.

He has been honored with Grammy award and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Parkinson's disease has made it difficult for him to travel and that has led to the decision of cancelling his tours and performing on a large scale.

"Sweet Caroline" and "Cracklin' Rosie are some of the most loved songs of the musician.

Neil Diamond has said that he will continue to make music and write songs.
