Amputee from Indore out to set world record on cycle

Pradeep Kumar, a native of Indore is an amputee. He is currently on a mission to create a world record by riding a bicycle across the country. He had started his journey with the target of covering a distance of 15,000 km.

Pradeep wants to break the world record of cycling by a disabled person. The present world record is of 10,000 km.

He has been riding his cycle for 76 days and so far he has covered 3700 km long journey.

Pradeep lost his leg 5 years ago when he fell out of a moving train.

Pradeep is also interested in music and dance and has received training in both.

Apart from acting in many Bollywood films, he has also participated in the television show ‘Dance India Dance’ and was much appreciated for his talent.
