Kerala government starts Anuyatra helpline for info on schemes for disabled
The Kerala Social Security Mission is starting a new helpline to give out information regarding the various schemes it is starting as part of its project, Anuyatra, to make Kerala a disabled-friendly state.

The helpline was started on Thursday by the Health and Social Justice Minister at Poojappura .
The helpline is being set up to provide information to the public and various beneficiaries on the welfare, service, and development projects for the disabled being undertaken. It will function on all working days.
As part of Anuyatra, KSSM has launched mobile intervention units, district early intervention centres for early screening of developmental disorders, Kathoram scheme for preventing deafness, special disability management units at Mananthavady and Attappady, autism centres, special anganwadis etc.
