Pre-exam counselling helps students cope better with stress
Annual exams are round the corner and students are working day and night to score the best grades. Experts have found out that giving counselling to students before the exams will benefit students. It helps students to overcome fear of exams and stress related to it. Since past many years, many toll-free numbers have been started that students can use.
Manish Patil, who runs such a helpline to counsel students, says that it is one of the best stress busters. He gets at least 10 phone calls every day because people know about counselling and its benefits now. Patil has counselled more than 800 students.
The 10th and 12th standard board exams are all set to start by the end of this month.
