Exceptional talent showcased by disabled cricket players in tournament

Disabled cricket players showed their exceptional talent in the recently held cricket matches at Lancers International School in Gurgaon.

Para-athletes from different parts of the country came together to participate in The Wheelchair Cricket League that was organised by Para Sports Foundation PSF.

Four teams named Delhi Sultans, UP Strikers, South Warriors and Chandigarh Lions took part in the three day tournament and some amazing sporting events were witnessed.

The players were extremely happy for the opportunity provided to them by the PSF, that allowed them to showcase their talents and compete with other disabled players as well.

The international cricket rules and regulations were followed for the matches and the only difference that could be mentioned is the smaller size of field as compared to a standard cricket ground.

The tournament boosted the confidence of the players and made them self-aware of their potentials.
