Follow these steps to lose a few kgs

To maintain the right body weight is healthy, yet a little difficult for most of us. Here are some effective ideas that can help lose up to two kg of body weight in one week.

  1. The simple logic behind weight loss is to burn more calories than you consume. Our body has a calorie need that has to be fulfilled to keep it going. However, more consumption and less use of the calories leads to weight gain. The important thing is to find a way to burn the calories. Cardio-based workouts, such as running and dancing for 30 minutes daily, can help burn those stubborn calories faster.

  2. Do basic exercises every alternate day to build muscle strength and lose the fat. At least 36 push ups and lunges are recommended to make the muscles toned and flexible. They might hurt a bit initially, but you will get used to it gradually.

  3. Avoid carbs completely at night . Eat it in the first half of the day instead.

  4. Drink lots of water to keep the body cool and hydrated so that you do not feel tired due to loss of calories. Drink juices, lemon water, and buttermilk but limit the portions.

  5. Avoid three heavy meals. Instead divide the diet into 5 smaller portions at regular intervals.

  6. Sit straight through the day and focus on breathing. This will keep the muscles strong and fit.

  7. Do not give into temptations like sweets and fried food. Eat nuts or fruits instead.

  8. Limit salt intake. Consume more proteins like fish and chicken.
