Sensex ends higher for fifth day
The Sensex was up by 60 points while the Nifty ended at 10,417 points.
However, Indian shares ended flat today after a one-month high. This was due to a choppy performance by financials and oil marketing companies (OMCs).
There is also worry that inflation could surge after rising crude oil prices. Prices surged more than 3% on Tuesday to their highest since late 2014.
