Here is how to make Panakam at home.
To make four glasses, you will need around 150 grams of jaggery, water, 3-4 lemons, and some dry ginger powder.
Soak jaggery in the water until it dissolves completely. Now strain the solution and add lemon and ginger.
Serve it cold. You can substitute the lemon juice with tamarind.
Jaggery is a major source of iron and is good for digestion and health.
