Some rules for weight loss routine!

Most of us start a weight loss regime and then lose the motivation in a few days. Not giving in and sticking to the weight loss routine is important to get results.

Here are some strict rules to follow that will help get weight loss results.

  1. Count the calories that you consume every day. However, consuming very few calories will tire you soon. Consume an average intake of calories to maintain energy level.

  2. Never skip breakfast and eat it within 2 hours of waking up. Breakfast can be a heavy meal.

  3. Don’t go hungry and consume smaller meals throughout the day. Hunger pangs cause us to overeat and should be avoided.

  4. Aim for a gradual weight loss that can be maintained over time.

  5. Eat healthy and natural food such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

  6. Avoid foods that are fried and heavy.
