Prime Minister Narendra Modi accepts fitness challenge from Virat Kohli
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has accepted the fitness challenge from Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli and promised to post a video soon.
The #FitnessChallenge was initiated by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore to increase awareness about fitness in people of India.
The challenge was started after Rathore shared a video while doing 10 pushups and asking Virat Kohli, Saina Nehwal and Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan to join in.
Virat Kohli also responded to the challenge with his own fitness video and passed on the challenge to his wife Anushka Sharma, cricketer MS Dhoni and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
PM Modi tweeted that he has accepted the challenge and will respond with a fitness video of his own.
The #HumFitTohIndiaFit campaign aims to create fitness interest in Indian people by encouraging them to work out.
Several celebrities such as Saina Nehwal, actor Manoj Tiwari, Salman Khan, Tiger Shroff, wrestler Babita Phogat, para-badminton player Manasi Joshi and many more have also shared their fitness videos on twitter.
