'Talking Bill' service for blind people in United Arab Emirates

Etisalat is one of the biggest telecommunications services provider in United Arab Emirates- UAE. The company has announced that it is introducing a 'Talking Bill' service for visually impaired customers.

The 'Talking Bill' service will allow the blind customers of Etisalat to access bill summary details of their account free of charge.

Customers can subscribe to the service without any charges by dialing 101 or visiting any of Etisalat's retail stores.

Customers will then get an automated call from Etisalat to explain the summary bill details of their account in English or Arabic.

The facility is to be started from next month onwards.

The launch of the service is part of the efforts to make UAE a disabled-friendly and inclusive country.
