Here are some things to consider about personal hygiene.
Make sure to keep your hands clean. Wash them whenever before eating and also after using loo. Washing hands frequently will ensure that they remain germ free.
Take a regular bath and do not be lazy about it. Regular bathing helps remove all the germs, dirt and sweat from your body.
Cleaning the teeth is important to maintain oral health. This can be done by brushing your teeth twice a day. Flossing is also recommended by the dentist as part of the oral hygiene routine.
Cut your fingernails as they can store germs underneath them.
Wear a deodorant to avoid smelling sweaty and stinky. The deodorant will help ypu feel fresh and less conscious about bodily smell in presence of other people.
Even if you don not wash your hair daily, keep them clean and well-groomed. Washing hair at least 3 times in a week will help keep the scalp clean.
