Depression and heart diseases are often interlinked. Experts point out that one out of five people with heart diseases are depressed. The role of exercise is very important here.

The study was conducted on over 18,000 people. Researchers found out that people who were fit during their middle age was less likely to be depressed or fall prey to heart diseases later on in life.
