January 5, 2019
After a movie on former prime minister Manmohan Singh, now a movie is all set to be made on current Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As per reports, Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi has been finalized to play the role of PM Narendra Modi.
The movie will be directed by Omung Kumar who made the film Mary Kom starring Priyanka Chopra and Sarbjit with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Sandip Singh will produce the movie and it will be titled PM Narendra Modi.
The first poster of the film will be launched on 7 Jan 2019 and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will unveil it.
The movie is supposed to be a biopic about the life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the shooting will commence later in the month. The makers will release the movie in 23 regional languages to ensure that it reaches to the masses.
The selection of Vivek Oberoi for the lead role has surely disappointed another actor Paresh Rawal who was hoping to be cast in the role.
Vivek has worked in movies such as Company, Saathiya, Dum, Omkara, Shootout at Lokhandwala and Krrish 3.
