India loses 4th one day to New Zealand
February 1, 2019
After weeks of unbeatable performance, India lost its fourth one day match by 8 wickets.
New Zealand defeated India yesterday at the Hamilton stadium and won their first match of the five-match ODI series.
After winning 12 back to back matches, yesterday was the first international match lost by the team with Rohit Sharma as the captain. Interestingly it was the 200th ODI played by Rohit Sharma.
India could only manage to make a score total of 92 runs and were all out in 30.5 overs, making it their seventh lowest total in one day cricket history.
The top scorer from the Indian side was Yuzvendra Chahal who made 18 runs off 37 balls. Wickets of seven of the batsmen fell for single digit runs. Disappointing day for Indian cricket fans.
