Just 15 minutes of daily exercise reduces death risk in elderly

A study claims that 15 minutes of daily exercise can reduce the chances of death in the elderly. Exercise is very important and age should not be a barrier for not doing it.

However, less than 50% of senior citizens meet the weekly target of 75 minutes of exercise. It was found that the chances of death lowered as the amount of exercise increased.

Those with low, moderate and high activity levels had lower chances of death as compared to elders who were inactive.
