Women in India are more stressed than men, says survey

A health and well-being survey across major cities in India has shown that 62% of working people suffer from huge stress levels. This shows up in the form of disturbed sleep at night or not remembering when they last felt happy.

Over 3000 people were surveyed. The results also show that stress levels among women are far higher than among men.

People living in metros and working for over 50 hours a week were found to be the most stressed. Employees in smaller towns are happier than those in metro cities, showed the survey.
