Police dog that survived Mumbai attacks hospitalized for depression
Ceasar, the only police dog that survived the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, is undergoing treatment for depression at a veterinary hospital in Mumbai.
He slipped into depression a day after his colleague Tiger, also a police dog, died of a lung infection.
After Tiger died, he refused to get up and walk and later got high fever.
Over the last four months, three of his police dog colleagues have died and this has made him sad.
The dogs who were used during the 26/11 attacks suffered serious damage to their lungs, liver and kidney due to the sniffing of bombs.
