How to have a work-life balance
In today’s busy, hectic life, work-life balance may look difficult to achieve.
Due to technology, people have access to work all the time, even when they are home or on holiday and it becomes hard to strike a balance between your job, personal relationships and health.
It is a challenge to find that balance and here are a few tips to keep in mind to help achieve that.
Do not aim for things to be perfect but aim to do your best.
Shut your phone off at some point in the day and use that time to exercise, meditate or spend time with family.
Exercise everyday for an hour at least. Include a 10 minute session of yoga and meditation.
