Tips to improve vision naturally
Our eyes are important and sensitive sense organs and it is essential to take care of them.
Here are a few tips to keep our eyes healthy and enjoy good eyesight.
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables like dark leafy greens, carrots, sprouts, nuts and oranges.
Keep yourself physically active by exercising as becoming overweight or obese can lead to diabetes which can eventually cause vision loss.
Splash your face and eyes with fresh water ten to 15 times every morning and repeat the same in the evening.
Last but not the least, get proper 8 to 9 hours sleep in the night in order to avoid feeling tired, itching and burning eyes.
