An app that aims to fight depression

A team of doctors at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bengaluru have come up with an app to help cope with depression.

They believe that technology can be used to fight depression and improve the sense of well-being.

Their app is called PUSH-D and can be accessed on cellphones. Doctors are still in the process of testing how effective it is.

The aim of PUSH-D is to reach out to people who have been diagnosed with clinical depression and people who may show signs of depression.

They also hope that the app will remove the stigma attached to depression. This will encourage more people to reach out for help.
