Dangal becomes highest earning Hindi film

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan’s film Dangal has beaten the lifetime box-office collections of PK, Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan.

Dangal has collected Rs 345.3 crore in 17 days and has become the highest-earning Hindi film of all times.

The wrestling drama also has become the first film to cross Rs 350 crore in few weeks.

Dangal is based on the real-life story of Haryana wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who trained his daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari to become successful wrestlers.

The film also stars Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in important roles.
