Students with disabilities get training in cashless payments
Students of the Anamprem institution in Ahmednagar have taken a step towards becoming aware of how to function in a cashless economy.
The institute has students with different types of disabilities. A workshop on e-payments was held so they could learn how it works.
The workshop also taught them how to use online apps for payments.
Sixty-five students learned about e-wallets and using debit and credit cards.
After the training session, more than 30 students have started using e-wallets and Paytm. The students were also told about the concept of Talking ATMs for the visually impaired.
